वयं यत् चिन्तयामः तत् स्मः।
यत् किमपि वयं स्मः तत् सर्वं अस्माकं विचारैः सह उत्पद्यते।
अस्माकं विचारैः वयं विश्वं निर्मामः।

We are what we think we are.
Everything we are arises with our thoughts.
With our thoughts we create the universe.
To avoid all evil,
to cultivate good, and
to cleanse one’s own mind―
this is the teaching of the Buddhas.
