Applied Kinesiology (AK), or 'manual muscle-testing', began attaining widespread attention in the mid-20th century by the works of George Goodheart, D.C. and John Diamond, M.D., who discovered a replicable way of diagnosing what is either beneficial or harmful to one's health, and created a new scientific branch of research called 'Behavi
Applied Kinesiology (AK), or 'manual muscle-testing', began attaining widespread attention in the mid-20th century by the works of George Goodheart, D.C. and John Diamond, M.D., who discovered a replicable way of diagnosing what is either beneficial or harmful to one's health, and created a new scientific branch of research called 'Behavioral Kinesiology' (see Your Body Doesn't Lie, by Diamond, 1982).
While attending a lecture by Diamond, David R Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. made the highly fortunate observation that the testing method provides a universal response from the field of Consciousness itself - the basic substrate matrix out of which all experience arises, both individually and collectively (see Power Vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants Of Human Behavior, by Hawkins, 1995/2006). This turn-of-the-millennium, groundbreaking revelation meant that for the first time in human history, man had available to him a shareable and verifiable way to tell truth from falsehood. The muscle-test quickly gained shocking recognition as a 'sword of truth' with which falsehood could easily be cut away and diminished - an invaluable tool mankind has yet only recently been blessed with the awareness of, and of the caliber which man's need for has even, at certain times, reached near-existential desperation. In an age of expanding technology and unending 'information-ism', the muscle-test was discovered to be a promising instrument in man's discernment of truth from falsehood in all areas of human endeavor now, and for generations to come.

Throughout history, the legend of the spiritual mystic has been objectively unverified, being unaccompanied by a tool with such enormous potential and gentle simplicity. This website is meant to serve as a resource to share that tool. We provide consciousness research exploring a variety of topics, including spirituality and higher consciousness, entertainment, politics and medicine. Our goal is to help continue-on with the work of Dr. Hawkins so extensively covered in his 2005 book, Truth versus Falsehood: How to Tell the Difference by providing current calibrations from 1 to 1,000 and testing whether statements are true or false for students of this particular form of research. Each calibration is very carefully tested via either thigh abduction or thigh adduction of the strongest muscle-group in the human body (gluteus maximus/medius). This particular muscle group is ideal for multitudinous replication, minimizing fatigue, and is aimed at providing utmost accuracy. Each calibration requires 10-15 or more tests and takes approximately three to five minutes to affirm. As of March 2025, when this information was last updated, the number of individual muscle-tests performed for this body of work alone was in the thousands.
